Step 1: Discover

An effective discovery call is the foundation for everything we do. Our team takes the time to fully understand your business, your goals and priorities. After completion of our website questionnaire, we'll kick-off your project with a Zoom Meeting or phone call. Led by Zanetta, your Project Manager and Lead Designer, this call is the opportunity for us to collaborate on your desired digital strategy and how the website compliments your overall business objectives.

Step 3: Design

We use WordPress, an open source platform to build your new site. With more than 40% of the internet's sites built on WordPress, you will be in good company. The user-friendly back-end system makes it easier for small businesses to keep your site updated even if you are not proficient in web design. From third party plugins to SEO capabilities, the power of WordPress is at your fingertips.

Step 2: Develop

We will develop a strategy as unique as you. During this step, we research the most efficient and effective ways to achieve your goals. The deliverable for you is an overview of our findings with a clear-cut explanation of our choices in a formal proposal for your review. The proposal serves as the blueprint for your digital strategy with insights on how you can achieve your stated goals, how we can help you get there, and how your competition is achieving similar goals.

Step 4: Deploy

Prior to launch, we perform cross-browser as well as multiple device compatibility checks to ensure your final design looks its very best and works as intended for your audience. We will also provide a complimentary administrative training to ensure you know how to maintain your new site.
